- Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
- Stir together the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add the egg and blend well.
- Blend the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
- Stir in with the rest and mix well.
- Chill a few hours.
- Form walnut size balls and press with sugared fork on parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with decoration.
- Bake about 7 minutes.
