Chicken coated in instant potato flakes so it's crispy just like the fried stuff

- In large re-sealable plastic bag combine the first five ingredients.(Sounds like a lot of salt to me – I would probably use garlic powder in place of garlic salt.)
- Add chicken and shake to coat. In a shallow bowl beat eggs in water.
- Dip chicken in the egg mixture then coat with potato flakes.
- Pour butter into a 13x9x2 baking dish, add chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes, turn chicken and continue baking 30 minutes longer.
