Indonesian coconut milk custard

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup suar
2 eggs
1 banana
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. whole cumin
More coconut milk for topping
Dried coconut

Directions

Simply combine the 1 cup coconut milk, banana, sugar, ground cumin, vanilla, and eggs in the blender
Pour into ramekins, and set them in a water bath
Bake at 350 for a little less than an hour, or until set
Serve on a plate with extra coconut milk, dried coconut, and cumin seeds over the top.
