Directions

  • Mix together flour and sugar. Add milk and pinch salt. Add juice, grated rind, and butter
  • Beat egg yolks. Add to mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350.
  • Delicious warm or cold.
