Got this from my former roommate and good friend Audrey. Very tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325F
  • Cream margarine and sugar
  • Beat in water, cointreau, baking powder, salt
  • Add flour, cranberries, nuts.
  • Shape dough into loaf 3/4 inch high and 3 inches wide.
  • Bake in 325F oven for 35 minutes.
  • Let cool 5-10 minutes, then slice into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Put on sides and bake another 10 minutes or so until sides are turning golden.
