Got this from my former roommate and good friend Audrey. Very tasty.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Beat in water, cointreau, baking powder, salt
- Add flour, cranberries, nuts.
- Shape dough into loaf 3/4 inch high and 3 inches wide.
- Bake in 325F oven for 35 minutes.
- Let cool 5-10 minutes, then slice into 1/2 inch slices.
- Put on sides and bake another 10 minutes or so until sides are turning golden.
