soy sauce

lemongrass

orange

worcestershire sauce

rice vinegar

emeril's original spice
3 tbs coarsely minced
ginger

garlic
, cipollini
onions
yellow summer squash
,
carrot
, jicama, fresh mixed bean sprouts, fresh
chives
1 box of casbah
rice
pilaf
2
chicken breasts
Directions
lice
chicken
into bite-sized pieces. marinate in mix of
soy sauce
,
lime juice
,
lemongrass
-
ginger
oil,
orange
juice,
worcestershire sauce
,
rice vinegar
& spices.
start
rice
pilaf.
next, saute
ginger
,
garlic
,
onion
&
carrot
in a mix of
butter
and
lemongrass
-
ginger
oil. when
onions
are translucent, add chopped
squash
,
carrot
and jicama. eventually add
chicken
and marinade sauce. cook under extremely low heat.
when your fowl is perfectly tender and ready to go,
spoon
pilaf onto plates. add
chicken
, vegetables & chopped
chives
. garnish with a side of
lemon
. enjoy!
