- Oven to 350
- Get some stale bread, slice about 3/4" thick, cut off the crusts, lay them out in the bottom of a 5"x8" pan (pack tightly)
- Whisk together all ingredients except bread
- Pour evenly over bread and let it soak in.
- Bake until golden and crispy on top; about 30-40 minutes
- Serve with fresh fruit, butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
