Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups smooth peanut butter (recommended: skippy)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- cream together. it takes a few minutes for it all to emulsify & stuff, but keep at it. it's like magic. then, when it happens, you will have a huge bowl full of pure joy. the stuff is like what the inside of reese's peanut butter cups are supposed to taste like.
- to finish it off, roll them into balls and dip them into dark dipping chocolate
