Small Bowl (or a plate if you are weird)
Optional - Fruits (berries/bananas) if you are a yuppie
Optional - Flax Seeds if you are a Trader Joe's shopping hippie
Directions
Put cereal into a bowl
Pour Milk/Soy
Milk
If the brand of cereal you've selected is called "Rice Krispies" then take a moment to enjoy the sound of the snap, crackle, and pop.
Turn on the TV and enjoy. No need to change out of your PJs.
Tips
The longer you leave the cereal in the
milk
, soggier it gets.
